Instructions for Use – Limewash Paint

Please read carefully before use. Limewash contains lime, which can be caustic. Handle with care and follow all safety guidelines.

  1. Wear protective gear.
Before handling, put on suitable gloves, eye protection (such as safety goggles), and protective clothing to avoid skin or eye contact.
  2. Open the box carefully.
Avoid tearing or damaging the inner bag.
  3. Remove the bag from the box.
Handle gently to prevent spills or splashes.
  4. Gently squeeze the bag.
This helps mix any settled contents evenly.
  5. Shake the bag gently.
Ensure the limewash is well mixed before opening.
  6. Open the cap slowly and carefully.
Do this away from your face and body to prevent accidental splashes.
  7. Pour the limewash into a clean bucket.
    Always use a non-metallic container.
  8. Stir gently until fully blended.
Use a non-metallic stirring tool. Avoid creating splashes.
  9. Apply the limewash evenly to walls.
Use a suitable brush or roller. Work in thin, even coats. Avoid spraying unless proper respiratory protection is used.

Safety Precautions:

  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Lime is an irritant and can cause burns.
  • If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  • Do not inhale dust or mist. Work in well-ventilated areas.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
